Try Out Small Group Ministry

Our small group ministry at CVUUS is a wonderful way to grow in community, get to know others, and deepen one’s connection to oneself.  Typically, these groups of 8-10 people meet once a month either in person or online.

This year we are following a theme-based ministry structure developed by the Soul matters Sharing Circle, a network of Unitarian Universalist congregations who follow the same monthly themes, which will be used in worship, religious exploration and small group ministry. This year’s themes explore practices that help us embody our new UU core value, liberating love. Some of the upcoming themes are: Deep Listening, Repair, and Presence.

Rev. Christina will be leading a new small group on zoom the first Tuesday of the month in the evening.  Those of you who are new to CVUUS or who have never been in a small group are encouraged to join. There are also spaces in some of our currently meeting small groups. More here.

If you are interested in joining a small group, please contact Larry Vanderburgh lwv1212@gmail.com or Rev. Christina Sillari christina.sillari@cvuus.org.
